I received a call from someone with display of 503-457-1194 and was offered to take a simple survey with 3 questions to win a Bahama Cruise.
I won the free cruise but they needed to process a credit card charge for $65 to cover taxes.

When I told him I wanted to see a contract with the terms and conditions before I paid the taxes, he hung up.
