I orderd my hair weeks ago and no one has called mr or emailed me

I ordered my hair weeks ago. And i received an email my hair was out of stock but will be shipped in seven days i have not received my hair or email or a call about my order. I have called and emailed her but no reply i need help and my money back. If i knew that the hair was out of stock i would have bought somewhere else
