Paid 2900 in January for a bio matrix hair replacement. 6 weeks later hair put in place and was told "sign here, It's 346/mo you will need a new one every 3 months." Was told i had 30 days to be satisfied or partial refund upon signing and returning product. Not satisfied—was told " nothing we can do." " No, they wont refund any money." Tried up to the 30th day. Now 30 days later i have a piece of hair that is 90% gone. A bald circle on my scalp that will NOT regrow any hair. Sore scalp and had to purchase a wig.
