I found out about Boundless Tresses hair growth serum through the advertisement of the owner, Caisha Frierson, on a hair forum. I placed an order for $64.35 and mailed the money order on April 29. When the order had not been received by May 24, I tried to contact her first through the hair forum, and realized she was no longer accepting messages.
I then emailed her at the address from her Growth Specifics website, by clicking the "contact us" button. I got no reply from my email. When the order had not been received by June 6, I again sent an email through the "contact" button on her website. I got no reply. There is not a telephone number listed on her website.
I contacted the United States Postal Service and processed a claim for $8 to determine if the money order had been cashed.
