On November 30th, I noticed that the amounts of 3 cents and 1 cents twice had been taken out of my account by this company. No big deal, I thought; it was only 5 cents. And then on 12/6 I noticed that $30.00 was taken from my account. I immediately and after arguing with them for 5 minutes I told them to refund my $30.00, they said okay that it would take 3-5 business days. So I waited, checked my account again after 7 days and still no refund, so I called again and was told the same thing. I did this two more times and still no refund. Today when I tried to call I was the told the number is no longer available. I am on disability and I do not have an extra $30.00 to throw away.
