We asked for a loan mod but were denied but bac opened up an escrow account anyway and compiled charges for taxes and insurance that i already paid. Our home went into default and forclosure and bac ruined our credit even though they wrote us a letter that they would reverse the charges after we made several complaints to the occ and this has not been settled since the begining in march. It won't except the date
