Turned on computer, virus warning appeared prompting a purchase of protection software, could not do anything until purchasing this product which seemed legit and i know i needed, when i actually did some research i realized this company is a scam

We were getting pop up messages from this company saying we had potential virus problems and to purchase protection. After buying the "software", they took are $ and gave us no software - they are a fake company!
