Surfing the web at real estate sites. Saw an add for "rent to own" home buyers assistant..."' only $1.00 for a 7 day trial"... AFTER which if you don't cancel you would be charged $49.00 " I entered my info and agreed to the ONE DOLLAR CHARGE... Once the page loaded with the "welcome to our page" info THEY THEN NOTIFIED YOU that you would be charged $49.00 holding fee just in case you forget to cancel!!! I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the 'service'.. However it was too late! They had already made TWO charges to my account. One for the $1.00, and one for $49.00!!! When I called their 800 'customer service' line. I got Matt on the phone who tranferred me to Dave, who, upon learning the reason for my call (a REFUND OF MY MONEY!) HUNG UP ON ME!!! I immediately called my bank to dispute ALL charges!!!
