I responded to an advert on the computer for two face products totalling £5.79 on 20th December. These were shipped and the amount taken from my debit card.
On 9th January a further £79.99 was taken from my debit card for goods which I did not order. Nothing was said on the original advert about these further products (which I have not yet received - nor want to). How can I stop this company using my debit card.
