I ordered a pair of classic tall ugg boots on 28th nov after a couple of weeks when they hadnt arrived I emailed uggago and 'ann' emailed me back to say order had been shipped. When it didnt arrive I was told it was because of the 'christmas post'. Further emails have gone un answered.
