Ordered the trial for $5 like everyone else. They arrived on Monday and the aqualift bottle was broken. I have been trying to reach them ever since. I waited on hold today for over 3 hours and still did not talk to anyone. I wasn't going to give up. I read the policy and know I have to cancel or they will charge me. I still have 5 days and they already charged me $34.
