I signed up on savebig.com, after seeing news channel 9 bragging about how good the site was, the reporter sampled the site & won a tv a computer. I was suppose to get 25 free bids, & pay $75.00 through channel 9, for the other bids. I didn't bid on their site until 5-5-11. I waited on my wins to be shipped to me, & i never got them. I notified them by email numerous occassions. They never emailed me back! I then recieved my bank statement & on the very day i bid (and only day) they went into my bank account, took out $75.00 more dollars, charged me for my wins, charged me for "international fees", & the first $75.00 withdraw, wasn't $75.00 @ all! They took out $99.00. I emailed them @ least 50 times. I got no response what so ever.By the time you realize your not going to get your money, or your merchandise, its too late for you to file a claim with your bank! We have tv stations out there vouching, raving reviews of these auctions, when all they do is commit fraud! To this day, i haven't recieved my merchandise, my money back-0000$! They had no phone # on their site where you could call. All you could do was email. My total emails are more than 75. I not once recieved a response from customer service, stating they would check into my where my merchandise was, why i was charged international fees, why they took out even more money from my account ($75.00) on the same & only day i bid, when they had already gone into my bank account & took $99.00, when it was suppose to be $75.00. I continued to go on their site to contact customer service. I checked over & over what they were auctioning off. There were no tv's, no computers, no tablets, ipads, ipods - nothing like they claimed, or show on their site page!!! All they had to auction off was cheap, china crap, that made a $2.00 watch turn into a $100.00 watch. I submitted a complaint on consumer report website, but haven't heard a word! Not only did they illegally take money out of my bank account but they didn't ship what i did win, but still charged me for it! — i call this not only fraud, but a scam, illegally removing unauthorized money from bank accounts, and not shipping what you paid for, nor giving your money back-ignoring all complaints! This auction site needs to be removed bu the fcc, ftc, etc. & investigated. I am not, by a longshot the only person they de-frauded. There are 1000's of people they have done this to, all with the same outcome as mine!!!
