My first dealing with savebig occurred on 5/9.
Based an unsolicited email containing glowing testimonials by reporters on channel 9 and Fox network,
I visited your site.
Upon visiting the site I reviewed information on how your penny auction worked.
I then proceeded to how to get started.
I was asked to provide personal info and the credit information that I would be using to participate.
After the info was entered a screen came up indicating that I had purchased X amount of bids and my account had been charged $ 99.00
I made several attempts to cancel the transaction to no avail.
Shortly after I was informed that transaction could not be reversed.
However they would add additional bids to my account a no cost.
Thinking I had no other options I began to bid on 5/17 and stopped on 5/31.
During that period of time I won 12 or so auctions which included 4 gift cards, 1 electronic item and the balance were vouchers for additional bids.
None of the 5 tangible items have ever been received.
After several emails save big indicated it would be refunding all of the charges for the 5 tangible items and adding 200 additional bids for each of the items.
To date I received only 1 refund and 1 of the 200 additional bid package.
It has been over 38 day's since my involvement with save big.
My account has been charged over $ 140.00
I'm formally requesting that all moneys be immediately refunded to my bank account.
Please do not insult me by offering any more bid points.
