Withdrew too much money from my account

I saw an ad online which offered 50 internet auction bids for $25.00. This offer included 100 bonus bids. It was strongly endorsed by an investigative reporter from channel 4 TV. I followed the instructions and found the website. I gave them my information, read the terms which included no refund for unused bids. I thought I was purchasing 50 bids for $25.00.
I received an email confirming my bid account but it hads 300 bids for $149.75! I immediately tried to call the company, but the phone number given and shown on my bank account was an answering machine which gave no option to talk to a real person. The recording said to contact the company by way of email.
I emailed them and much to my surprise they responded very quickly. However they would not correct the error. After several emails, they denied such an offer existed and offered me a return of $49.75 plus 100 bids.
So I am out $75.00 more than what I intended to spend and I doubt weather I will use the bids I own.
Priceshuffle.com is a penney auction site. All bids are for $0.01 higher than the current bid. At $149.75 for 300 bids, this equates to $0.50 per bid. When the item you are interested in goes up by $1.00, priceshuffle.com has 'earned' $50.00 (100 times $0.50). The bidding keeps going until only one bidder remains. The time left on the bid keeps increasing with every bid made under 2 minutes remaining.
My bank will not charge back the withdrawal because I cannot produce proof of the ad offer.
