I ordered a sample of a product called Perfect Radiance for the value of £2.95 back in December, and on 6 January they charged my account with a completely unauthorised payment of £74.95.
I've tried to phone them several times and they are absolutely unavailable: An answer-phone replies, only to put you on hold for ages.
Should people like these be allowed to run a business? Or should I say a "Scam" of this nature?
Can phone companies allow their clients to use a telephone to abuse people?
