I am in shock. Nearly had a heart attack. It all started early December when brawsing and there was an advert of free trial revita derm and perfect radince with shipping fee of £2.97. I placed my order and a confirmation came through for my order of revitaderm. I thought the two go together so I ordered for the perfect radiance and paid another shipping cost of £2.97. A few days later a received a bottle of revita derm with (aviod the eye area warning) and a smaller bottle of rejuvanew eye care which I did not order for, and which I obviously thought is used together with the revita derm. I became a little cautious because of the eye warning so I did not use the rejuva new product. Two days later I received the perfect rediance which again I did not open and is still intact. I used the revita derm for a week and it did not work for me so went back to my dear old OIL OF ULAY.
On 9th Dec I received three emails [email protected] confirming my oder of revita derm, another from [email protected] confirming a 30 day supply of rejuva new, which I had not ordered for and a third from support@perfect rediance.co.uk thanking me for ordering perfect rediance.
On the 2nd of January I received another bottle of perfect radiance which I had not ordered for and without instructions of where to send back the product. The two bottles of perfect rediance and one bottle of rejuvanew are still not opened.
I have now just received my statement with payments made to Agios Dometio as follows:
20/01 Perfect Rad Ant Rides, Agios Dometio £74.95
23/01 Revitdrm L Creme, Agios Dometia £51.00
23/01 Revita L Peau, Agios Dometio £79.99
Total (Sterling Pound) £205.94
I am gob-smacked and in total shock and I just want my money back. £205.94 is an enormous amount to lose and it takes me ages to earn such kind of money. I cannot even think of spending such an amount on useless facial products even if I had money to waste.
This is total day light robbery and these people should be punished. I wonder how many people they have conned and they need to be stoped. I am feeling very stupid for allowing myself to be conned in this senseless manner. Only criminals would do this to people. I dont know if they have already been paid for the second bottle of perfect radiance which they sent. Will find out tomorrow. I am just going crazy right now and I want them to pay back every penny that they have stolen from me. I just want my hard aerned money back.
I wish to please warn other people to be weary of this scam. The number they gave on their emails to me does not exist.
