After staying on hold for hours, i finally talked with a 'live person' the # is 1-877-498-1950. Be prepared to wait. I stayed on the phone for 20 minutes and they kept saying "i apologize, but you agreed to the terms and conditions".
I did not agree to anything. Finally, they said they would send me a check. (i'll probably never see it). But i got a case #. Good luck. Bank has been notified and i wasn't the 1st person to report. They are located in salt lake city, utah. My bank found the number for me.
