I orderd free sample in September. Within 7-10 days I contacted them saying I didnt want anymore. Since then on 12.09.11. They charged me.£74.95 also the same on 03.10.11. My Bank refunded on 27.09.11 and 14.10.11two seperate amounts of £74.95. I now have recieved a letter from my bank in answer to my dispute enquiry saying they have recieved a letter from a merchant bank regarding this matter and everything is correct and they are taking £74.95 out of my bank. They are saying they have proof but because of how this deal was done I have no proof. Also I am an o.A.P. Where do I find this money. Blue-9
