Visible convinced us to hastily sign an online contract to rebuild our website and have them provide upgraded website seo type promotion. It turns out that the contract effectivly absolves them from ever providing anything and the only remedy offered in the contract is increased levels of the same service. We were shocked when we actually read the contract. It was a masterwork of devoiding the customer/consumer of any possible recourse to inferior work or rights to recover damages based on false claims or poor workmanship.
Visible.net had been sued by the Washington State Attorney General for fraud and the suit was settled for a quarter million dollars. They have since refined their skills at formulating contracts.
