Called to check skillet when shipping charges showed 15.98 I wanted to cancel order and could not. I called the 1800-984-9146 she said she could not cancel the order I would have to call customer service 1877=833-7685 which is an answering only and stated to go to the web site. I did this and could not get anything to do this to cancel order. I called my AEX card to dispute this charge of $35.97. This was Jan 10.
