We ordered a two piece kitchen hutch to be made, had to pay in full when order was placed. We were told it would take 4-12 weeks to come in. After numerous calls and visits to store to check progress, we were given a different excuse every time. After 16 weeks, we called credit card company and denied the charge and never heard from Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture again. However, Bill Cox did NOT contest the request for a refund. It appears they just wanted to use our money to operate their business and never had any intention to fill our order. It was blatant fraud.
