Missing Part

My 2009 Jeep Cherokee was towed to the Cherry Hill Tri-plex Dodge Department for service on or about 12/12. The SUV was picked up on 12/19. I had surgery on12/20/1, which is why I did not contact the dealership sooner. The Tri-plex was notified and I arranged for someone to take me there on 12/29. I met with Tom the service writer who informed me that they were did not know where the part was and that they were going to order me a new part. I was told that they would contact me on Tuesday or Wednesday when the part arrived. I called on 1/3, no part, Tom called 1/5 to report the part would be in on the 1/9. I called and was left on hold for 20 min waiting for Tom to come to the phone after being told to hold. Tom never returned my call. The missing part is located at the bottom of the SUV that covers o the bottom part of the radiator from the outside.
