Bought into this free trial period with a CREDIT card, discovered the card had been charged $77.94 a few hours later, I used automated chat for 4 hours and finally tricked the autochat into finding a human, because there was no order #, no confirmation # and no order completed and no e-mail from said company. Talked to my bank who suggested that they just cx the card but it would take 10 days to get a new one, small local bank. I said this charge has to drop off if there is no order, let's wait a couple of days, looked today and the charge is now $35.95. Bear in mind that there is no product, no order, no confirmation and no e-mail. So, this company just got money from my account for absolutely nothing, and it is not a big enough issue to get a lawyer to deal with. How do you deal with this kind of operation? Imagine if they do this 200 times a day by 7 days that is free money... There has to be a class action suit somewhere.
