"no 30 day, free trial"
I ordered Magic Jack on March 19th., using my checking account.
On March 25th, they took $49.95, the price of the more economical 5 year plan, that I selected.
The very next day, March 26th, they take $46.90, for the price of the Magic Jack.
Then, on April 14th, (with days to go, before the end of the trial Period) they take another $46.90.
All of this, during the "Free Trial Period".
BUT, HERE'S THE KICKER... I just received the Magic Jack in the mail, 4 days ago, on April 17th.
There was no way, to find out what happened to my order. They don't have a Customer Service number, or a way to contact them about my order, my money, let alone if it didn't work. So, I'm just activating it today, April 21st.
I haven't even talked on it yet, other than to call myself, from my other phone, to make sure it worked. It did... So far.
I am not a happy camper!
