My bike is less than one year old. The exhaust pipes are burning red at the engine. I took it back to the dealer Old Glory in Laurel, MD. They had the bike for almost 2 weeks, they called in the area service rep from HD, who tells me that this is normal and that there is no problem with the bike. I have never seen another bike of the same year and model do this before. Took it to another dealer in Elkridge, MD. The same service rep was in the shop saw my bike and told them that there was not a problem with my bike to give it back to me. Cherry red pipes are NOT normal, I do not want the engine to blow before the bike is year old. I was told that the fuel injectors should be 25mm with 5 holes. Mine has 4 holes and is not 25mm. But the dealers and the service rep would not know this because they have not looked. All they have done is to plug it into a computer and tell me it is OK. I want my bike fixed and I want it to run properly, I want HD to stand behind the bike and make it right. I have been without the bike for the entire month of July, but I am still making payments on it.
