I ordered a pair of Nike spongbob dunks from what I thought was a UK website called shoesenrich.com, Trainers arrived and where to small, so I have contacted the email address provided on the site, they got back to me saying their regulations state I need to send them photo evidence of the situation, I only want to exchange for a bigger size, but 20 odd emails later they still are saying the same thing, even thought i have told them I asked how photo evidence can be provided. I only know that they came from trading company through the invoice attached to the parcel.
