I purchased a pair of sketcher shoes online they cost £30 and free shipping. This was on the 8th May. Received a card through door to pick up parcel from post office. The shoes were supposed to be a size 4 they were a 3. They did not look like real sketchers but were fake. I looked on invoice everything was in Chinese. I looked at my bank statement and it charged £114.70. The website never sent me conformation about the order which is what I normally keep. But the reason they get away with this fraud is to not vi e invoice so u have no evidence of what the price agreed was. That's why credit card people and trading standards cannot help because there is no agreement on price for goods. The credit card company still do business with this company because of the evidence. The website has also dissapered. I've cancelled my card as they have my details.
