KMart - I do a lot of online shopping and have never had this bad of an experience! I ordered a total of 7 items. Girl/doll clothing sets in various sizes and styles. One item was not in the box, one item was not the correct size or style, and another had mismatched top and bottom sizes. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was told that they would check with the vendor and if they had the missing item in their inventory they would refund me in5-7 business days, they can't just send me what they missed. The other items can be shipped back. And a refund will be sent with in another 5-7 days. To receive sale price I have to repurchase then email asking for original sale price. So more than 50% of my order is wrong and their policies are not consumer friendly. No wonder they have financial problems. Never again. #kmart #fail #onlineshoppingnightmare
