Having not purchased event tickets for quite some time I was searching for tickets for the Coldplay concert on April 18th/12. I could not find tickets through ticket master however I did find tickets available at Stubhub. I was shocked at how much they were asking for the seats but then I thought perhaps that was the going price for popular bands these days, so I went ahead and purchased 2 tickets for $300. A piece. When the tickets were emailed to me, it was then I realized how naive and out of the loop I was when I saw that I had purchased tickets that were originally sold to someone for $79.50 per seat! Do the bands know that this ticket centre is ripping the band and their fans off? I am so incredably dissapointed and embarrased not to mention angry that I just handed over $400. To someone I don't even know, simply because I wanted to see a favorite band and didn't know that this was not the original asking price for the tickets.
