Ordered a green bay packer jersey as a gift on 12/16, received 2 confirmations and a payment transaction successful notice. Website promised same day shipment if ordered before 4:00 MT, which I did. When the item wasn't received I notified the company to cancel the order; the first notice was not acknowledge and after that "Elaine" responded wanting to know if I would like to keep the item at a discount. I told her I did not receive the item, did not want the item, that I just wanted the order cancelled and a refund issued in the amount charged by account which had increased to $137.28. On 12/31 she responded with "Dear Margaret, Happy New Year! I've applied the refund for you. Yours sincerely Elaine" Which of course she didn't. I sent another notice to her today at [email protected].
