After my wife entered our home phone number on internet on the page involved with home mortgage modification, she received a call from Enrollment Experts claiming that they help with a mortgage modification by dealing directly with our bank and handling all the necessary paper work involved with the process for a one time fee of $595.00 payable up front. After 5 months of trying to modify our loan with Bank of America we were informed that processing done by "E.E. "was completely useless. We contacted them countless times in efforts of trying to get a refund. We were told that once they start a process, the deposit is nonrefundable. Why do companies that claim to be the best "LIE"?
