As stated by other people, this company sucks. I been dealing with them since October 09. They told me to stop making payments during my modification (worst advice ever). I just found out today that my modification was denied. I had to find out by Bank of America because I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone in the company in almost 2 months.
I have copied Pasquale (owner) in every email I have sent to LME Law Group and he just simply replies back that I need to contact them. I asked him several times "how do I contact them because they are not returning my calls". His reply back is "contact LME Law Group".
You can do the modification yourself for free. They are just a middle person. You gather all the paperwork and send it to them and they forward it to your mortgage company. Save yourself the 2000 dollars and the stress and just call your mortgage company and they will tell you what paperwork you need.
Whatever you do, do not stop making payments as LME advises you too. Continue to pay what you can because it will make it a lot easier on you to get your modification. Bank of America used the fact that I haven't made any payments since October against me when reviewing my modification.
They made my situation 10x worse than it was. I would have been better off dealing with Bank of America myself.
I am now about to file Chapter 13 to save my house because my sell date is 15 days away and still no call or email back from Modified Loan Experts.
Go to yellowpages dot com and there are several complaints on there also. This company has many complaints out there. They have even replied to some saying that they are ex-employees. Well I will tell you that I have never worked for them as I live in Louisville, KY and they are located in Troy, MI.
I have several emails I can forward to anyone that does not believe this or whats to see exactly what I am dealing with. Please do the research... I have emails to prove this company takes your money and then you can not contact them. All numbers will send you to another number or have you leave a message.in 2 months, I have not been able to speak to a live person. I have left many messages on their voicemail and emailed them numerous times (even copying in the owner) and still nobody has called me. If you want to contact me then I will send you proof.
