The owner of this ranch states that she owned the above mentioned horse rescue in Grand Junction and was going to buy my ranch in Boulder to expand. She moved horses onto my property and disappeared. The website shows a nice horse rescue, though further research shows that the IRS has revoked all nonprofit status. The brand inspector says the property is vacant. The website continues to solicit money. There is a warrant for her arrest. I'm stuck with 3 horses until I can file liens on them.
