On January 3 I called AHS regarding my pipe under the house that goes to my sink and water around my hot water tank that the sump pump that they installed in 2008 did not pump the water out. This company sent out a second plumber for a second opion and both plumber stated that the sump pump was put in incorrectly which cause the obsturction for the water to be pump out and cause my hot water tank to go out. The second plumber lite the hot water tank but did not put the door back on the tank nor did they fix the pipe and no one have told me what is going on. The second plumber did not address or look at the pipe because he was told that he was only to look at the sump pump. I received another call from the first plumbler to set up an appointment and they had no clue what they were coming to do. That company called AHS who told them that they did not know why a recall was submitted and they will give them a call and that was on Wed January 4. I called AHS and told that they were researching it and it would be 24 hours and that was on Tuesday January 3 and I am still waiting to hear from someone. The sump pump was put in by a plumber that they sent in and was not properly installed.
