Ordered North Face Denali Women's jacket. Was sent an email that it shipped with a fake shipping number. Friday before Xmas received email that jacket had not shipped and would not arrive for the hollidays. Emailed to cancel order and get my money back. No response. Contacted my bank and Better Business Bureau. This is supposed to be a real company. I will never recommend them and advise not to buy from them.
