I was listening to the local radio station and I heard an advertisement saying earn $1000.00 in grocery shopping through a government stimulus program. So, i call and I was told that because i am a single mom of 6 children and unemployed i'm eligible. I immediately started to cry thanking God because my family is really struggling and I felt so appreciative and blessed. The guy asked if I had a credit or debate card I said no, he instructed me to purchase a reload card from a pharmarcy. And scheduled to call me back in 2 days. Which he did. I gave him the card number and all my information. He told me I would recieve a book of vouchers that are excepted in stores such as costsco, walmart and even offered diner club gift card. I agreed and verified all my information. I have never received any thing since. I was charge on my card by a free coupon savers company again this month that I was able to get that money back. But the $19.95 is gone and I feel robbed. I am not on foodstamps, I am unemployed, a mother of six a student and single. We survive on a very very strike and tight budget and I can't afford to lose anymore or get robbed. Please people if you know of a way that I can get my money back and have this investigated please inform me. And Please inform others not to use this program. I believe they are targeting minority communities and urban radio stations being used to do so.
