I heard the commercial on a Chicago Radio Station back in March. I immediately called and ordered the card, because I knew I could us the extra as a single mother. After speaking with 2 representatives, I was assured that my card would arrive in 7-10 days. I was also informed that I could use the card for anything except alcohol and tobacco products, and that if I didn't call to cancel my membership for the shipping, and coupon savers I would have a reoccurring monthly charge per membership. I was never told about the coupon savers placing a hold charge on my account as well. After 3 weeks and no card or membership packet, I called and was informed that all the information was sent to the wrong address on their behalf, and reassured me that I would receive my card by April 27. NOT SO!!! I know that it is only a day away, but after reading all of these post, I believe I have been had. And to top it all off, I tried to call 866-761-1039 and it was disconnected. #refund or law suit!!!
