I ordered 8 3oz. Biofreeze rollon. I was sent a confirmation of the order with shipping info of 2 to 6 business days. I was then notified it was on back order and could be 8 to 10 weeks. I would check on the status every day or so. I began to call and leave msgs. With on replies. I would send emails, with no replies. After 6 or 7 weeks I noticed that the phone number had changed. I tried to call the order line and was told (via recorder) the lines were overloaded and could not receive msgs. At the beginning of the 10th week I began to check the internet when I came across this website, and found out I was not the first to have a problem. As they say live and learn.
