I was calling to pay my Ashley Stewart bill when Assist 123 intercepted the line. If you read the other stories then the same thing happened to me. But wait there is more after i gave the person my info when the second person came to the line i figured it was a scam and I told them I did not want it. I was told I could not cancel the transaction. As I was calling the bank while me and this person was going back and forth about cancelling. She hung up. The bank said the already have an aurthorization so that $2.95 can be changed to $295.00 if they choose to do so. It is like when you get gas. You how when you swipe your card a $1 post to your account then a couple days later the actual amounts comes out. But thats not it, some one from the company calls me back and tells me with out the code I can not cancel but he would not give me the code because he said i gave him attitude. He stated since you don't believe me watch and see where you money goes.
I don't know what to do I have canceled my card. I think I need close my bank account. The bank says if they have your name and address the can do damage that way to.
