Purchased landline for small business in November of but they have messed the account up to the extent of adding a phone I did nor order, not understanding within the corporation if I am a business or individual customer... (I was told individual and then business) the business sales department trying to sell me items but not answering questions about inaccuracies on report. Filed complaint with FCC, AT&T Corporate Office, and received notice today that I owe $1,359.00 when I just paid $100.10 after they may corrections??? I'm tired as I've spent over 1 week to 2 weeks on telephone attempting to rectify matter.
