I placed an order for an embroidered backpack. The website did not have listed any phone number and would not reply to any of my emails for over a week until I threatend with reporting them as a scam. Once I received a response, the product I requested was indicated as out of stock and therefore I selected a different item which was also never mailed nor have they answered any of my emails.
