I email Louise Fisher from an ad for wholesale cosmetics. She then call me and sent me a list of items that she could sell. She said she is a make-up artist for celebrities tv people, like on the news. I placed an order for $500 and was told to through western union because her Paypal is having issues. I asked all information about her. She sent all her supposed company name and that she has 140 employees and her personal home address. I'm still waiting a month later to get my order which was suppose to arrive in less than 48 hours. She wouldn't respond to any emails and I continuously tried to call her number which is prepaid phone and left message. She always has it off. I emailed her that I will report her if she doesn't refund me and no response. I finally reached her on the phone last week after numerous calls and she hung up the phone the first time. Then I called back and she answered. I told her that I needed my money or my products. She emailed me a tracking number which doesn't work. Again I called today and her phone is off. Do not take any risk with Louise Fisher.
