I was approved for a White Diamond credit card through the flex Program for a onetime $69 yearly enrollment fee. After 10days I was told I would receive the card on December 1 - December 6 and the $69 will be refunded because of the card not arriving in a timely manner. I called the company and was told I will get thee card on December 8th. I never received the card and the company is not answering the phone. The recording is stating the office is upgrading phone lines til now the office is closed this has been going on for almost two months.
