My boyfriend found this flexcardprogram online and thought it wasn't bad so we paid the $69.00 on 11/21 and the email said we would get the card in 10-14 business days. Well the first week in December I called because we haven't received it yet and I spoke to a guy (I dont remember his name tho). He told me it would be arriving either Saturday, December 9 or Monday, December 11. Well, I called Tuesday and got the same telephone message like everyone else: Due to the busy phone calls we are upgrading our system from December 12th to the 16th. So, naturally I emailed them and got a reply saying thank you we received your email blah blah blah. I must of gotten like 3 of those responses. So this week I called them and can't get no one!!! I am very disappointed because I was going to use this card to buy Christmas presents. And ealier today I was trying to access their website and it no longer exists. I wish I saw these complaints before I paid $69. I just want my money back!!!
