I received a credit care offer from Flex Card program stating I've been pre-approved for a credit card. Fill out the application and was approved for $1100 on I send a payment of on time activation fee of $69, which it will be refunded after you make three on time payments. My comfirmation email stated I would receive my card within 10-14 business days. I called the company unable to get anyone on the phone (voicemail) state office is currently closed. I haven't received the card, at this point I would like my money back.
