A month ago I ordered free sample face cream and only had to pay £2.85 postage. I checked my credit card account on 29th Dec and found they had taken out £79.99 with out my permission. My card issuer informs me that they intend to take £79.99 from me each month as I have been enrolled in a monthly shipping rota. I did not order this.
