U-talk unlimited, they embezelled $117.00 from my checking account causing the account to be negative this amount

After contacting me, they had said to me on the phone that it would cost me $3.95 at no extra charge for a $200 gas voucher to be used anywhere in the USA.

I gave them a voided check for $3.95 over the phone, and they falsefied check numbers twice taking the total of $117.00 from my checking account. They refused to give me a physical address and refused to pay the $117.00 back to my account, and they did not make good for what I had purchased. It's been nine days, and they said within seven days.

Also I had my wife cancel this order which is legal in the USA for a husband to give permission for any legal notifications of his wife to stop payment or cancel any contract. Derick Armstrong, employee of this company and his I.D. # is 0193, and tracking number is 08202484, still does not help in any matter.
