C.P.I. - U-talk Unlimited - WellNet
C.P.I. (U-talk Unlimited/WellNet) rip-off! They're withdrawing money without approval

I was contacted by phone with this deal from C.P.I. They would give me a $200 dollar voucher if I agreed to sign up for U-Talk Unlimited and WellNet. They said that no money except 3.95 for both would be taken out of my account until I received the papers and didn't call them within 3 days.

I agreed because they said that if I called within three days of receiving the papers and cancelled it I would pay nothing and be refunded both 3.95's. I never received the papers, and they wthdrew 139.95 from my checking account.

I contacted them and told them that I had never received the papers and they said that it was no problem if I wanted to cancel. They would just have to send me some refund papers and once they received them that my check would be in the mail. This was nearly 2 months ago, and I am tired of waiting.
