I signed up for the trial offer and the product was sent out July 23 per an email from the company... Although I didn't receive it until Aug 9th. I tried it and had a reaction and emailed the company via their email to cancel the automatic shipment on Aug 14th. On August 18th they charged my credit card for 69.95 and didn't even send the product. I called and received a credit authorization number and waited. I waited the 30 days that they said it would take... Even though I had gotten a credit card refund credit from another company in 3 days... I've emailed with the runaround that they tried but the credit was refused by the credit card company which the direct express card that my disability is deposited in indicated that they had never refused any credit. Now the story is that they have sent a money order on December 9th and big surprise, I haven't received it and haven't heard back from them! I will continue to email everyday and now I am filing complaints where ever I can. Any suggestions as to how to get my money??? I am on disability and hadn't planned on this situation!
