3 month free trial not true

I purchased a vehicle in the middle of october recieved a free trial on siriusxm. The letter dated nov. 18 2011 rhe envelope is post dated dec 9. But I received letter around the 13th or 14th in dec. On 12 292011 I called the sirius company. My free trial date started on nov. 4. But will end feb 4th. The representive said the mail takes a month to get to you... Now that sucks
